An Announcement

Just a quick update to let you know that DH got a job and starts August 10th!  Woot!  

Congrats to him, I'm super proud of him!!

Not much knitting to show this last week, it was kind of hectic, but I will have some to show soon.  Also, I MAY have gone on a small yarn shopping spree as an advance celebration of getting my discretionary spending money back...it should start arriving shortly.

I will fill you on what I am thinking with all my insane plans when it comes - everything I ordered has a purpose!

Some serious knitting (finally!) Staccato Socks from Knitting Socks with Handpainted Yarn in Blue Moon Silkie. The socks were tight enough that I only did the pattern on the front and I still have a hard time getting them over my heels. Spot Check...
